Kate Moss and Lila Moss Are Ultimate Mother-Daughter Duo Modeling in Victoria's Secret Fashion Show

Lila Moss is showing off what her mother Kate Moss gave her.

In fact, the pair both strutted their stuff during the Oct. 15 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in New York City, marking both of their debuts on the fashion brand’s runway.

While walking the catwalk, Kate, 50, sported a black lingerie set draped in a sheer, lace, floor-length gown. To complete the look, the supermodel donned black feather wings and strappy black heels as she rocked out to “I Love Rock ‘n’ Roll” performed by Australian musician Orianthi.

For her part, Lila—who is the daughter of Kate and ex-boyfriend Jefferson Hack—wore a blush pink underwear set with large pink feathered sleeves. The 22-year-old also wore sleek silver heels and an art piece on her shoulders that read, “Lila M.”

Though the look-alike mother-daughter duo rarely appear on the runway together, the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show—which also saw the likes of Gigi Hadid, Bella Hadid, Cher and Tyra Banks grace the stage—wasn’t the first time they have worked together.

In April, Kate and Lila appeared in a Fendi ad together, sporting matching tan sweaters and the same blonde hairdo. And earlier this year, the pair attended Paris Fashion Week, sitting front row at the Dior Homme show.

While Kate is happy to be working with her daughter, she’s even more delighted to see Lila learn from her experiences.

“Lila is so much more grown-up than I was in my 20s,” Kate told British Vogue in November. “She understands she can say no, for one thing, which I never did, and she has the right people around her–I’ve made sure of that. And let’s face it, she’s a lot more sensible than I was back then. I mean… thank God.”

For her part, Lila has learned to appreciate her mom as the expert she is.

“When I started school, I began to realize how fascinated people were by ‘Kate Moss, the supermodel,’” Lila said in the joint interview with British Vogue. “She was still just the person who wouldn’t let me use my phone at the dinner table and made me come home from parties in Notting Hill earlier than any of my friends. It’s only at, like, 15 or 16 that I began to realize she might actually be pretty cool.” 

One area Kate won’t interfere with? Letting Lila develop her own signature runway walk.

“She’s like, ‘You just have to feel it. I don’t know what I do. I just do it!’” Lila continued. “I’m like, ‘Cool—off to practice some more, then.’”
