Gisele Bündchen Shares Her Advice for When Life "Gets Challenging"
View Date:2024-12-23 10:33:32
Gisele Bündchen is all about spring cleaning—for the mind.
The supermodel recently posted a reflective message on Instagram, reminding followers to focus on more than just their physical health.
"Being healthy is more than a clean diet and exercise," Gisele wrote on Instagram March 1 alongside a photo of herself practicing yoga in front of the ocean. "It's about our attitudes, emotions, beliefs, thoughts and actions."
"When life gets challenging always remember that the sun rises everyday bringing a new opportunity for us to try again and do better," she continued. "It can get intense out there and we can get easily distracted by the noise. Awareness is key. What energy you are nurturing?"
Gisele concluded her post with an important reminder to her followers: "Remember, we are the co-creators of our own reality, what we believe we create!"
The 42-year-old's message comes five months after her divorce from husband Tom Brady in October 2022 after 13 years of marriage. Since their split, Gisele has shared insight into her new chapter on social media–including how she spent Valentine's Day.
"Pure love!!" she wrote on Instagram Feb. 14 while snuggling with her two dogs. "I am convinced they are little angels on Earth. Happy Valentine's Day to all!"
And she's also given glimpses into the quality time she's spent with kids Ben, 13, and Vivian, 10—who she shares with the former football player—in her home country of Brazil.
Among photos of the kids playing in the warm weather, riding horses and playing with goats, Gisele captured a sweet snap with her parents, Vania Nonnenmacher and Valdir Bündchen.
"It's my Rio Grande do Sul Heaven, Sun, South, Earth and Color," she wrote December 2022. "Where everything that is planted grows and what blooms the most is love. It's always so good to come back home. Always so good to be back home."
